REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Return Window
- Standard customers: 14 days from delivery
- EU customers: 14 days from delivery (as per EU Consumer Rights Directive)
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Food products and perishable goods
- Opened or used spices, salts, and seasonings
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at shop@spicenslicemarket.com within the applicable return window
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return authorization and instructions
- Returns are processed through our fulfillment partners - you will receive specific return shipping instructions based on your location
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return (5-7 business days), we will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact shop@spicenslicemarket.com immediately with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Return shipping will be covered by us

Emergency food, freeze-dried meals, and survival products supplied by Peach Coconut ship from the USA or Canada. Returns for these products must be sent to the original US/Canada fulfilment address provided upon authorization. Due to the size and weight of bulk emergency food buckets, we strongly recommend contacting us before initiating a return. Opened food products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Dropshipping and Spocket products
Products fulfilled via our dropship network (Spocket) are subject to individual supplier return policies. In most cases, returns are accepted within 14-30 days for unused items in original packaging. For damaged or defective items, please contact shop@spicenslicemarket.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility. Food and perishable items from our dropship suppliers are non-returnable once opened.
