Kampot Red Pepper Region & PGI Protected Status

Our pepper comes from Kampot and Kep provinces in southern Cambodia. Only this region may produce PGI-certified Kampot pepper.

The European Union granted PGI status in 2016. It recognizes the area's terroir and traditional production methods.

Red laterite soil, tropical monsoon climate, and local cultivation techniques create remarkable flavor complexity. PGI certification protects authenticity.

This red pepper consists of fully ripened peppercorns. They are harvested at peak maturity, when they turn bright red.

Tracking & delivery

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

• For delays beyond the estimated window, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Refused/undeliverable packages
• Packages returned to us as refused or undeliverable may be refunded minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping/handling fees charged by the carrier.

Partial shipments
